Our members are permitted to use the RSC Clubhouse and outdoor facilities according to individual committees' policies. Additionally, members may also request private use of facilities and grounds for non-club events such as meetings, parties, fund raisers and family gatherings. Overnight camping is also allowed in the area surrounding the clubhouse and pond.
As a member run club, the rules of parliamentary procedure as covered in Robert's Rules are utilized to govern in all cases in which they are applicable, and in which they are not inconsistent with the By-Laws. All operations are overseen by numerous committees which are completely comprised of volunteer members.
For over 40 years, we have enjoyed a close association with Spacetown Beagle Club. Spacetown shares operating expenses with our club and uses about 50 acres of fenced property to run their dogs, raise rabbits, and conduct sanctioned field trials.
